About the event
FSM x Craig Fear, author of New England Soups from the Sea. Meet the author, taste soups cooked from the book, enjoy a drink and hang with your friends in our laid-back studio kitchen. Included in the event: one cocktail/mocktail, wine or beer, a New England soup flight, fresh oysters, and nibbles. Craig will be on hand to talk fish (seasonality, sustainability, making stock, and getting out of your seafood comfort zone) and sign books. Come on out for hot soup on a cold night, and learn something about seafood that you didn’t already know! Thanks to The Savory Pantry, our cookbook partner. Add-on the cookbook at checkout for $20. It will be available the night-of for retail $24.95. If you purchase ahead, be sure to bring it in for signing!
